Needs Assessment.

Together we will review your medical, financial and geographic needs and preferences. Then, we'll put our expertise to work in finding the best options to meet your needs.

Guided Tours.

After extensive research and pre-tours by our team, we'll take you on a visit to several options we believe are the best fit. We'll explore the homes, meet the staff and discuss living arrangements. We want you to feel at home.

Welcome Home.

Once we find the perfect fit we will provide the logistical support to get you settled into your new home. Rest easy--our team is your team.

Housing Options
  HOUSING OPTIONS  

Adult Family Homes

Single-family homes for up to six residents, providing a room, meals, laundry, supervision, assistance with daily living activities and social services. This option provides a balance of assisted living along with the environment of being at home.

Assisted Living

Housing communities for individuals with disabilities, providing assistance with daily living activities, coordination with outside healthcare providers and supervision of activities. This ensures their health, safety and overall well-being.

Memory Care

Communities for individuals with an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis. These individuals often have a need for a specialized community that offers additional programming, staffing support, training and security.

Independent Living

A housing complex for seniors who are generally able to care for themselves, which often offer group activities and social opportunities.

Skilled Nursing

A facility that houses chronically ill (usually elderly) patients and provides long-term nursing care, rehabilitation and other services. Also called a long-term care facility

or nursing home.
