Housing Options

Adult Family Homes

Single-family homes for up to six residents, providing a room, meals, laundry, supervision, assistance with daily living activities and social services. This option provides a balance of assisted living along with the environment of being at home.

Assisted Living

Housing communities for individuals with disabilities, providing assistance with daily living activities, coordination with outside healthcare providers and supervision of activities. This ensures their health, safety and overall well-being.

Memory Care

Communities for individuals with an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis. These individuals often have a need for a specialized community that offers additional programming, staffing support, training and security.

Independent Living

A housing complex for seniors who are generally able to care for themselves, which often offer group activities and social opportunities.

Skilled Nursing

A facility that houses chronically ill (usually elderly) patients and provides long-term nursing care, rehabilitation and other services. Also called a long-term care facility

or nursing home.
